Gulf Coast Renovators is a licensed and bonded contractor in the state of Alabama.
Our company provides comprehensive home renovation services for all residential rooms, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and any living areas. All work is performed directly by Gulf Coast Renovators employees. We do not use third-party subcontractors for any phase of the renovation process, ensuring direct oversight and quality control.
Gulf Coast Renovators adhere to all regulations set forth by the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that the scope of work aligns with local municipal zoning laws and HOA regulations before the commencement of work.
Pursuant to the Alabama Homeowner Protection Act, the homeowner must provide Gulf Coast Renovators with a written notice of any alleged construction defects. We must be given opportunity to inspect and offer to repair any such defects before legal action can be commenced.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law, Gulf Coast Renovators, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
--Pre-existing conditions or hidden structural issues, mold, electrical deficiencies, or plumbing failures discovered during demolition or renovation process. Any "hidden" conditions requiring remediation will be addressed via a written Change Order.
--Delays caused by acts of God, weather, material shortages or labor shortages.
--Modifications made to the work by the homeowner or third parties after completion.
